At Mastery Admin Services, we provide professional, service-based support. Once services have started, all payments are non-refundable. This includes time spent, work performed, and availability reserved for the client.

Setup fees, onboarding fees, and monthly or recurring service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. No refunds are issued for partial months of service.

Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. One-time services may be eligible for a refund only if work has not yet started.
